David Evans — Chairman
Dr. Evans has led expert teams on litigation, regulatory and policy matters, especially in antitrust and financial regulation, throughout the world over the last three decades. An award-winning author and world-renowned expert, he holds teaching positions at the University of Chicago and the University College London. Prior to founding Global Economics Group, Dr. Evans was Vice Chairman of LECG Europe from 2004-2011 and headed its global antitrust practice from 2005-2009. He was also previously Senior Vice President at NERA (1989-2004) where he was a member of the firm’s Management Committee and Board of Directors. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Competition Policy International and and on the editorial board of The Review of Network Economics.
Prior to founding Global Economics Group, Mr. Hickey was Founder of Chicago Partners and served as President for over 12 years. He subsequently founded Winnemac Consulting, which is now part of the Global Economics Group. He has actively managed large litigation projects. His consulting experience includes valuation, intellectual property damages and licensing, corporate governance, strategic consulting for start-up companies, and international trade economics. He serves and has served on a number of early-stage company boards.
Chad Coffman — President
Prior to founding Global Economics Group, Mr. Coffman founded Winnemac Consulting where he served as President for 3 years. Chad has over 15 years of experience at directing and managing large and complex litigation consulting matters across a wide variety of disciplines. Prior to founding Winnemac, Chad was a Principal at Chicago Partners, LLC. Chad has a significant national practice in securities and valuation. He also often serves as a neutral expert engaged by prominent mediators in securities, valuation, and antitrust matters.
