They have been engaged by many leading players around the world with respect to financial regulation and legislation and the implementation of new laws by regulatory authorities. Our experts have handled complex regulatory matters, usually through the submission of white papers and making presentations, at the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Reserve Board and have provided testimony to the U.S. House Financial Services Committee and the Senate Banking Committee.
