Global Econ expert Candice Rosevear, in a study commissioned by The Knight Foundation, analyzed the diversity of the asset managers used by the nation’s top charitable foundations. The landmark study revealed that an estimated $8.62 billion in foundation assets, representing 13.5% of their U.S.-based financial assets, are managed by women and/or racially/ethnically diverse-owned firms.
