Peter Marshall

Peter Marshall has more than 30-years of experience working with large banks, asset managers, insurance companies and other financial services firms. He has deep treasury and enterprise risk management functional domain expertise. Peter recently retired after 28-years as the head of Ernst and Young’s financial services treasury consulting where he led large programs focusing on large scale transformation, regulatory remediation, and other projects such as internal audit assessment and training. Peter also served as the consulting services leader for a large GSE and several boutique investment banking clients.

Peter’s expertise covers areas such as governance and board oversight, treasury organization and structure, process and controls, funding and liquidity, asset and liability management, capital, investing, scenario analysis, stress testing, management and regulatory reporting, risk appetite, limits and early warning indicators, as well as data and technology infrastructure. Peter also has strong expertise in digital assets and payments.

Peter has an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a B.A. from Colby College.
