Richard A. Epstein is a renowned legal scholar and one of the most influential legal thinkers of modern times. He has been a law professor since 1968, teaching at prestigious institutions including the University of Chicago, NYU, and Stanford. Epstein is known for his prolific writings on constitutional law, economics, property rights, and libertarian theory.
