Stan Logan

PRINCIPAL and Advisory Board Member

Stanley N. Logan (Stan) is a seasoned financial executive and Certified Public Accountant with over four decades of experience in various leadership roles. Currently, he serves as the President of Logan Consulting, LLC, providing CFO services to healthcare and consumer businesses. 

Stan’s career includes significant positions in both consulting and operations. He was the President and Chief Operating Officer at XSELL Technologies, an AI-driven SaaS company, from 2014 to 2018.  Prior to that, he held executive roles at Sikich LLP as Chief Operating Officer and at Huron Consulting Group as Vice President of Western Region and Japan.

In public accounting, Stan had a distinguished career with Big Four firms. He was the Managing Partner of KPMG’s Chicago office and national leader for Consumer Products from 2002 to 2006. Before that, he spent 22 years at Arthur Andersen, rising to the position of Audit Division Head for the Chicago office.

Stan’s expertise extends to corporate governance, having served on the boards of two NYSE-listed companies. He was the Audit Committee Chair for Accretive Health, Inc. (now R1 RCM) from 2011 to 2015 and an Audit Committee member for Schawk, Inc. from 2007 until its sale in 2014.

A graduate of Northwestern University with a B.A., Stan is an active CPA in Illinois. His community involvement includes past trustee positions with The Field Museum and Ravinia Festival.
