Dave is a global business executive and financial expert with over 37 years of experience in public accounting, external financial reporting, corporate governance, cybersecurity matters, and ESG/sustainability reporting. As a business leader and senior partner with EY, Dave led several of EY’s regional businesses with strategy, operations, financial and talent management responsibility while also serving as the lead audit partner for a select group of EY’s most significant global accounts, including Fortune 500 companies and large private family held businesses.

During his career at EY, he led the Cybersecurity incident response and external reporting for the US Central region’s assurance client base as well as the region’s assurance services related to ESG/Sustainability and is an experienced advisor on the related global reporting requirements and emerging practices. Dave also served as the region’s Automotive sector leader and as an Office Managing Partner. Dave was a partner at Arthur Andersen prior to joining EY.

Dave empowers organizations to navigate complex governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement matters in an evolving global landscape with leading-edge insights. He is currently a member of the Penske Automotive Group (NYSE: PAG) board of directors and also serves as in independent advisor and/or director of numerous private enterprises and non-profit organizations.
