Tim is Co-Founder and President of OvationCXM with 30 years of executive management experience in financial services, financial technology, and digital transformation. Prior to co-founding OvationCXM, Tim held executive roles in digital transformation and growth with successful exits at Monitise, a global mobile money platform acquired by Fiserv, and Blackhawk Network, which went public in 2013. Before this Tim had an extensive career with Visa, where he managed a $1B+ global portfolio of digital businesses, led product innovation & development, and was part of the executive team that took Visa Inc public in 2008. Preceding roles included building and managing strategic growth initiatives for First Data (now Fiserv), as well as managing client engagements for a host of Fortune 100 companies with Windermere, a McKinsey-spinoff strategy consultancy.
